高速大容量固态存储系统的设计

摘    要:针对高分辨率合成孔径雷达大数据率与数传设备数据下传带宽有限矛盾,提出了一种高速大容量固态存储器的设计,是解决该矛盾的有效方案.该存储器采用DDR SDRAM实现,并利用FPGA内部的Rocket IO接收数据,提高了电路板的集成度,同时具有很好的拓展性.仿真实验表明该固态存储器模块设计方案具有好的可实现性.

Abstract:To solve the problem which is due to high speed rate-data from Synthetic Aperture Radar with high resolution and limited bandwidth of data transmission apparatus,Solid State Recorder(SSR) with High Speed and Large Capacity is implemented.The SSR is made up of DDR SDRAM,and receives data with Rocket IO integrated with FPGA.Simulation results verify the validity of this solid state recorder.
