微波消解-ICP-MS法测定磷石膏中的金属元素 |

摘 要: | 建立了一种微波消解-ICP-MS法测定磷石膏中的K,Na,Ca,Mg,As,Cd,Pb,Ni,Se,Cu,Cr,Mn,Co,Ag,Hg,Au等16种金属元素的方法.16种元素的校准曲线的相关系数在0.999 0以上,检出限为0.010 4~0.339 9μg/L(n=11),加标回收率在91.5%~109.4%之间,相对标准偏差在0.50%~4.76%(n=5)范围内.表明该方法具有良好的准确度和精密度,适用于磷石膏中金属元素的测定.

Abstract: | A method was established in phosphogypsum for the analysis of K,Na,Ca,Mg,As,Cd,Pb,Ni,Se,Cu,Cr,Mn,Co,Ag,Hg,Au by using ICP- MS. The correlation coefficients of the standard curves for these 16 elements were over 0. 999 0. The detection limits were 0. 010 4—0. 339 9 μg / L( n = 11),the recoveries were 91. 5% —109. 4%,and relative standard deviatian( n = 5) were 0. 50% —4. 76% for 16 elements. This method has a good accuracy and precision for metal analysis in phosphogypsum. |
