基于CCA的图像特征匹配算法

摘    要:基于典型相关分析的思想,提出一种可以解决具有相同数目特征点的图像特征匹配算法.算法利用典型相关分析将提取的2幅图像的特征点投影到新的特征空间上,将获得的投影向量作为匹配特征构造匹配矩阵,最后根据匹配矩阵元素的大小判断特征点的匹配关系.仿真实验结果验证了该算法的有效性和稳健性.

Abstract:A new image feature-matching algorithm based on canonical correlation analysis( CCA) is proposed,which effectively solves the feature-matching problems between two images with the same number of feature points. The core idea of the proposed approach is to project feature points of two images onto a new feature space by using CCA,and the matching of matrix is constructed by projection vectors,then the matching operates on the matching of matrix elements. The experiment results show that this algorithm is efficient and robust.
