| 摘 要： | 利用光学显微镜等手段研究分析了82B线材拉拔过程中断裂成笔尖状的原因.研究结果表明其断裂起源在心部,表现形式是心部的纵向串状“人”字形裂纹,形成原因是心部缩孔和马氏体组织,并据此提出了相应的改进措施.

| Abstract: | The causes of drawing fracture with pen-tip shape of 82B wire rod are analyzed by using optical microscope.The result shows that the drawing fracture starts from the centre and its manifestation is lengthways clustered herringbone crack because of cavity and martensite structure.Suggestion of relevant improvement measures are put forward. |
