基于PLC的煤矿井下自动排水控制系统设计

摘    要:介绍了基于S7-300PLC的煤矿井下自动排水控制系统,给出了该系统的硬件设计框图和软件设计流程图。系统通过检测水仓水位和其他参数,控制水泵轮流工作与适时启动备用泵,合理调度水泵运行,保证了煤矿排水系统的安全。

Abstract:The automatic control drainage system of coal mine based on S7 -300 PLC is introduced and the system hardware diagram and software flow chart are given. Through detection of water storage levels and other parameters, the system controls the pump in turn work and timely standby pump to dispatch water pump reasonably to ensure the safety of coal mine drainage systems. Practice has proved that the system design is reasonable, the overall operation is safe and reliable, the failure rate is low.
