| 摘 要： | 以铸管模制造工艺改进过程中一个10m普通重型车床的经济型数控改造项目为基础,介绍了数控车床改造项目中机床机械部分、电气部分的改造及PLC的控制及设计,给出了一种大型车床CAM提高劳动效率的解决方案。

| Abstract: | On the base of a 10 - meter ordinary heavy lathe of economy numerical control transformation project in pipe mode manufacturing technology improvement process, the mechanical part, electrical part of the renovation, the programmable controller PLC control and design of the computerized numerical control lathe transformation project are introduced. The solution to improving the large lathe CAM labor efficiency is put forward. |
