高效无人刨煤机工作面的开采技术研究

摘    要:介绍了采用 PROMOS 自动控制系统的新型高效无人刨煤机工作面的设备配备与布置,基于刨煤面对“四机”和支架的四种基本操作、实施远程集中控制和全部自动化的特点,指出了与工作面条件相适应的正确的工艺方法。在刨煤过程中通过调斜装置控制刨头,避免刨头啃底或留底,应专设巡视员对全工作面的所有机电设备及煤层变化情况进行全面检查,发现问题及时通知操作员进行调整。实际应用表明,这一方法最高日产7200t,创造了我国薄煤层开采新水平。

Abstract:Efficient unmanned coal planer working platform technique is a kind of effective ways in mining thin gently inclined coal seam.This mining technigue mainly includes: slection of coal planer,hydraulic supporter,scraper coal planer working platform and automatic control system;mining technology,manufacturing management and technical measures;the cycle operation of working platform.The notable economic returns was got when this kind of technology was applied in Xiao Qing mine of Tie Fa Mining Group,the highest yield was 7200 ton per day,142.6 thousand ton per month.This technology brought infinite prospect to mining of thin coal seam.In addition,it is also suiltable for medium-thick coal seam below 1.8meter,so it is worth popularizing through the whole country.
