| Abstract: | To meet the needs of automatic examine for the cupola, A device displaying the main parameters in the process of synthetic test of foundry production has been developed. A succinct circuit is used to form the data collection system with multichannel and variable gain. It has voltage and current signal change contact. The volume and pressure of air, the temperature of liquid iron and the contents of waste air can be tested and displayed automatically or handly. The digital display of the apparatus is clear and accurate and the performance stable. And it is convenient to adjust. Compared with the instruments available, it has the advantages of protecting from disturbance and low cost. |
