摘    要:研究对象为要地部署前,对敌军可能入侵方向的评估排序. 首先根据现代空袭作战特点,区分来袭方向和进攻方向,分别建立了评价空袭方向的指标体系,并阐述了各评价指标的量化方法. 提出了对防空空域按相似系数划分和归类的聚类方法及步骤,从而确定待评价对象集合,弥补了一些文献中空域划分缺少数学依据的不足. 最后应用基于层次分析法(AHP)和数据包络分析法(DEA)结合的非均一化灰色关联方法对各评价对象评分,从而得出不同进袭方向排序. 仿真算例证明了该方法的可行性.

Abstract:Researching is about evaluation and sort of the direction that targets is most likely to attack along before deploying air defence fire units around key point. In this paper, firstly, air attacking weapons attacking direction evaluation index system and quantitative rules are provided depend on the modern air attack character. Using grey clustering theory to divide the likely attack direction into different classes and sort them according to the similar coefficient. Then we rank the different likely direction in order of evaluation scores using non-uniform grey relational method based on AHP and DEA. The simulation results proved that this method can solve this problem.
