| 摘 要： | 阐述在优秀运动队管理中确立关爱理念,构建正面教育与制度管理有机结合的教育模式,以及对运动队实施科学的管理方法,着力把运动员培养成具有奉献精神和充满爱心,并具有爱国、敬业与集体主义精神的人.
