| 摘 要： | 通过对立任务模型、人员模型以及任务和人员的关系模型，给出了人员配置的耦合算法。在任务分解的基础上给出了项目网络计划的生成算法，用对关键路径上的人员再配置的方法进行了人员配置的优化，并给出一个产品开发项目中人员配置的实例。

| Abstract: | In this paper , a coupling arithmetic of personnel configuration is given by means of establishing the task model ,the personnel model and the relation model of task and personnel. Based on task disassembly , an arithmetic of network planning is given. By means of re-configurating the personnel in the key path, the personnel configuration is optimized. An example of personnel configuration in product development project is also given. |
