摘    要:对车辆行驶过程中的一种常见故障——匀速跑偏,分别从试验角度和仿真方法分析车辆自身和环境因素对车辆跑偏量的影响,即从试验角度分析车辆前束、后倾角、轮胎动平衡块以及操纵方式等对车辆跑偏量的影响,用CarSim仿真方法分析坡度和侧风的改变对车辆跑偏量的影响,得到降低车辆跑偏量的建议如下:车辆前束不宜过大或过小;动平衡质量块控制在40~60 g为最佳;试验开始时应去除方向盘残余应力;尽量在水平路面开展试验;侧风较大的天气不宜开展试验。最后将正太分布和置信区间等数据处理方法引入多次重复试验的跑偏测试,有效提高了试验测量的精度,进而准确提供车辆跑偏量,为车辆性能的开发提供指导。

Abstract:For a common fault in the process of vehicle driving-constant speed deviation, the influence of vehicle itself and environmental factors on vehicle deviation is analyzed from the perspective of test and simulation method. That is, the influence of vehicle toe in, caster angle, tire dynamic balance weight and handling mode on vehicle deviation is analyzed from the perspective of test. CarSim simulation method is used to analyze the influence of the change of slope and crosswind on the amount of vehicle deviation. The suggestions to reduce the vehicle deviation are as follows: the vehicle toe in should not be too large or too small; it is best to control the dynamic balance mass at 40-60 g; the residual stress of the steering wheel should be removed at the beginning of the test; the test should be carried out on the horizontal pavement as far as possible; the test should not be carried out in the weather with strong crosswind. Finally, the data processing methods such as normal distribution and confidence interval are introduced into the deviation test of repeated tests, which effectively improves the accuracy of test measurement, and then accurately provides the vehicle deviation, which provides guidance for the development of vehicle performance.
