| 摘 要： | 本文综述了母犬周期黄体调节的研究进展。从周期黄体调节的非子宫因素、ＰＲＬ（促乳素）对溶黄体和促黄体作用、垂体对黄体寿命的影响、几种激素及药物处理对周期黄体寿命和缩短发情间隔的作用、母犬妊娠中止等方面探讨母犬周期黄体调节的机理，提出了依据周期黄体消长规律实行人为控制母犬发情周期的论点。

| Abstract: | The study progress of hormomal and medicament regulation of the cyclic corpus luteum in dogs has been riviewed. Evidence for the non-involvement of the uterus in the lifespan of the CL, play the role of PRL for leteotrpphic factor influence of hypophysis on the lifespan of the CL, some medicine treatment on the lifespan of the CL can shorten the interval of estrus and break off pregnany. The review proposition is to control bitch heat, according as a rule of the phoysis reproduction in dogs. |
