| 摘 要： | 建立了企业项目投资基本模型 ,并通过对模型中委托代理双方 --企业与企业内部承建项目的部门 --在项目投资过程中的行为进行博弈分析 ,得到了一系列关于努力激励、收益分享、风险分担的深刻结论 .这些结论对于解释当前我国企业的一些经济行为 ,指导我国国有企业进一步深化改革具有重要的意义.

| Abstract: | This paper establishes the basic model of enterprise project investment , and obtains some profound results on inspiring effort, sharing profit and sharing responsibility for risk by using game theory to analyse project investment action of both sides, enterprise and its department, in principal\|agent relation. These results are of momentous current significance to explaining some recent economic behavior of Chinese enterprise and leading them to further deepen reform. |
