| 摘 要： | 中国农村目前的治理状况是与农村改革后实行统分结合的双层经营体制相联系的。因此，要改变农村治理状况就需改变农村的经营体制，推进农村民间组织的发展，最后真正实现村民自治。

If we want to change the current condition of the rural governance, we have to transform rural economic systems and push forward the development of civil organization, thus the peasents will really have the autonomy. |
