| Abstract: | Along with the perfecting of the socialist market-oriented economic structure and China's entering WTO, the current circulation policy has exposed a lot of problems. By studying on the national conditions and using the experiences of other countries for reference, to optimize and perfect the circulation policy system of China has become a necessary measure for solving the existing problems and realizing the circulation modernization. |
