摘    要:在油田开发过程水泥浆堵塞油管现象时有发生。传统的处理方法是将这些堵塞的油管报废,结果造成很大的浪费。在系统研究高压水射流流动规律和动力特性基础上,深入分析了水力与机械联合破岩机理,根据不同使用条件和适用对象,对水射流参数进行了调整,对钻头切削齿和喷嘴布置进行合理的设计。首创了一种高压水射流处理水泥堵塞油管新技术,设计制造了清洗堵塞油管专用设备和工具,现场实验取得了突破性进展。

Abstract:It frequently occurs during exploitation in some oilfields thatthe oil pipes were jammed by cement slurry. The jammed pipes were usually discarded as useless, which caused a big loss of economy.Based on systematically studyingthe flowlawand dynamic properties of high pressure water jet, the mechanism of rock cutting with hy-draulic and mechanical method was analyzed in detail, water jet parameters were adjusted accordingto conditions and applications, furthermore, the cutters and the nozzles were suitably locate d in the bit. A new technology to cleaning jammed oil pipes with high pres-sure water jet was presented in the paper, and that special cleaningequipment and tools were worked and turned out. The technology is a great breakthrough in field.
