关于做好我区大学生就业工作的几点思考

本文在论述做好大学生就业工作的重要性、必要性和当前我区大学生就业的现状及存在问题的基础上，从解放思想，转变就业观念；深化人事制度改革，建立人才市场；加快调整我区高校办学思路；抓住西部大开发机遇，促进大学生就业等几个方面提出了当前做好我区大学生就业工作的几点思考。

SUGGESTIONS ON THE WORK OF EMPLOYMENT FOR THE COLLEGE STUDENTS IN TAR

On the basis of importance and necessity of the work of Employment for the college students, as well as existing present situaton and problem, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the work of employment for the college students from the aspects liberating thought, changing the concept of employment, deepenning the reform of personnel system, establishing employment market, speeding up the adjustment of thought for running a higher school, grasping the opportunity of openning up western areas, and promoting the employment for the college students.
