| 摘 要： | 作为一项身份权利的配偶权应包含哪些权利内容?学界分岐颇多，本文笔者根据新婚姻法及相应的有关法律在对配偶权界定的基础上，深入讨论我国配偶权的权利内容，尝试着将配偶权分为两大类：在任何时候都享有的配偶权权能和在特定时候才享有的配偶权权能，并列举出其中若干项重要权利进行深入探讨。
