新型合金工具钢TiAlN涂层结构和结合结强度的研究

摘    要:应用非平衡磁控溅射离子镀在一种新型合金工具钢表面进行TiAlN涂层,采用电子显微镜下观察涂层结构形貌,用压入法和划痕法测量涂层的结合强度.结果表明,涂层的表面组织均匀,当粗糙度0.02

Abstract:TiAlN film was coated on a new kind Alloys Tool steel by unbalanced magnetron sputtering ion plating process.The bonding strength was measured by pressing and nicking measure.Coating structure was observed by electron microscope.The result showed that structure of coated surface was uniform.The bonding strength reached HF1 when substrate roughness(Ra) exised between 0.02 and 1.25.The thickness of the TiAlN were more than 4 microns.Compared with the traditional high-speed steel in the same technological conditions,bonding strength and thicknes of coated surface was similar.
