关于诚信与法律保障的思考

在由传统社会向现代社会转型的过程中,不同程度的诚信缺失已成为经济交易、日常社会交往中一个迫切需要解决的问题,引起了人们的广泛关注。诚信缺失的原因是多方面的,如何解决诚信缺失问题,本文试图在法制建设的视域下作一粗浅探索,认为要强化法律对诚信的保障作用,可通过立法、执法、司法、守法等途径来实现。

Some Thoughts about Honesty and Legal Guarantee

The sign of the declining of the moral,which is reflected on lacking of sincerity,has appeared during the transformation from the traditional society to modern society.Lack of sincerity in various degrees has become an urgent problem,which needs to be solved in our social economy and daily communication.So,how to solve the problem? Becaase there are several aspects towards lacking of sincerity,many solutions can be found out to solve it.This article tries to make a study and survey on the eyes of the legal system.Strengthening and developing the legal protection function towards sincerity,which will carry out by legislation,legal enforcement,and judicature and so on.
