数字散斑的仿真建模与变形场测量

摘    要:合理构建像面散斑的数字模型,可以精确产生位移和变形场的数学仿真散斑图,为求解亚像素位移或变形的算法研究构建一个软件分析平台。本文从物体粗糙表面的随机分布出发,基于光学成像系统高斯点扩散函数模型,构建了像面散斑的成像模型,对变形前后的随机表面产生的像面散斑进行了模拟和变形场计算。文中提出在找相关峰值时用局部区域进行搜索,减少了运算时间,避免了相似峰的出现。

Abstract:Reasonablely constructing the digital model of image speckles can accurately produce mathematical simulation speckle patterns of displacement and deformation fields which can provide a software analysis platform for the research of algorithms solving the sub-pixel displacement or deformation. The image model of image speckle was constructed based on the Gauss point spread function of optical imaging system from the random distribution of object's rough surface and simulating of image speckle on random surface before and after deformation and deform fields calculating were performed. The method searching for correlation peaks in local region presented in the paper can reduce calculating time and avoid the appearance of similar peaks.
