中国与印尼非传统安全领域合作

21世纪,非传统安全问题成为各国安全合作面临的新问题。中国与印尼进行非传统安全领域的合作有其必要性,虽然两国在防止金融危机蔓延、合作反恐、控制疾病蔓延及防治自然灾害等方面已取得一定成果,但仍存在一些不足,如尚未形成完整、系统的危机防范机制,合作受区域外因素的干扰等。要促进合作的进一步发展,两国须建立双方之间的危机防范机制,改善大国关系;消除顾忌,加强信任。

Research on the Non-traditional Security Domain Cooperation Between China and Indonesia

In 21st century, the non-traditional security problems become the new questions which the various countries face. It＇ s necessary to develop the cooperation in the non-traditional security domain between China and Indonesia. Because developing the cooperation conform to the bilateral strategic sense; the characteristics of non-traditional security problems decide to strengthen the cooperation; the geopolitics factor also requests both countries need to strengthen the cooperation. Although the cooperation gained some achievements in preventing the financial crisis spread, in fight against terrorism, control the diseases spread and aids for natural disaster, there still had some insufficiencies, for example： lacking the crisis guards system, the cooperation is disturbed by the nation of region outside. To promote further development, of cooperation both countries should make great efforts in following aspects： First, establish the crisis guards system; second, improve the great nation relations, eliminate the scruples, strengthen the trust.
