学习型图书馆:一种促进馆员与读者交往的组织模式

摘    要:图书馆教育职能的实现,离不开馆员与读者的交往,但传统的图书馆组织和馆员的知识结构抑制了馆员与读者之间的交往。学习型组织理论的提出能有效地改造和重组图书馆组织,构建学习型图书馆是实现图书馆馆员与读者交往的一条现实途径。

Abstract:Library education function cannot be realized without communication between librarians and readers, but traditional library organization and librarian knowledge structure restrain the communication between librarians and readers. Putting forward the theory of learning organization can effectively transform and reorganize library organization, so to construct learning organization in a realistic way to realize the communication between librarians and readers.
