青少年学生健全人格的涵义及其培养

摘    要:青少年学生的健全人格,是指青少年学生的人格结构中所有特质都得到健康、全面和协调的发展,具有结构性、标准性和发展性的特点。培养青少年学生的健全人格,须运用心理教育、心理训练、心理建构等途径,着眼于心灵改造和品格建塑的人格教育。

Abstract:Healthy personality of adolescent students, refers to all the characteristics of their personality would be developed to healthly, comprehensive and harmonious, with structural, standardized and developmental properties. A personality educaiton, focusing on students'spirit rebuilding and morality improving, should be developed to cultivate the students'healthy personality with psychological educaiton, psychological training, and psychological contruct.
