| 摘 要： | 青少年学生的健全人格，是指青少年学生的人格结构中所有特质都得到健康、全面和协调的发展，具有结构性、标准性和发展性的特点。培养青少年学生的健全人格，须运用心理教育、心理训练、心理建构等途径，着眼于心灵改造和品格建塑的人格教育。

| Abstract: | Healthy personality of adolescent students, refers to all the characteristics of their personality would be developed to healthly, comprehensive and harmonious, with structural, standardized and developmental properties. A personality educaiton, focusing on students＇spirit rebuilding and morality improving, should be developed to cultivate the students＇healthy personality with psychological educaiton, psychological training, and psychological contruct. |
