湖南民营企业创业环境与机制研究

民营企业已经成长为推动地区经济发展的重要生力军，其所创造的社会价值和贡献得到了当地政府和广大人民的认可。近几年来，地处中部的湖南民营企业散发出旺盏的生命力，不论是企业规模，还是经营管理，都有了很大的突破：但是相应的民营企业缺陷也相继暴露出来，企业未来发展前景令人堪忧。本文通过分析湖南民营企业的成长与发展历程，就其所处的创业环境与机制进行了研究与探讨，为今后更多更好的促进民营企业发展，推动湖南经济腾飞作好理论准备。

The Study of Work Environment and Mechanism for Hunan Private Enterprise

Private enterprise plays an important role in the development of regional economy,its social value and contribution have been recognized by the local government and people.These years the private enterprises in the middle of Hunan province work actively,both the scale of enterprise and management has a great breakthrough,But the corresponding private enterprise flaw also one after another exposes,enterprise in the future prospects for development is worrying.Through analyzing the development course of Hunan private enterprises,this article studies its work environment and mechanism for the theory preparative in order to accelerate the development of private enterprise and Hunan economy.
