On Legal Protection of E-Mail Privacy Right of Enterprise Employees

With wide use of e-mails in enterprises,employers often monitor employees' e-mails.The cases of employers violating employees' e-mail privacy right are increasing.The essential matter of this issue is interests and rights confrontation between employers and employees.This thesis,from employer's and employee's aspects,analyzes the different interests and rights of them,and provides suggestions of how to protect enterprise employees' e-mail privacy right by law.
