摘    要:采用简单易行的水热方法合成六边形纳米Cd(OH)2, 阐述了反应机理并讨论了温度和矿化剂对该产物物相和形貌的影响. 通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、 透射电子显微镜(TEM)和选区电子衍射仪(SEAD)对产物的结构与形貌进行表征, 结果表明, 制得的Cd(OH)2纳米颗粒形状规则.

Abstract:The authors demonstrate that hexagonal nanodisks of Cd(OH)2 could be fabricated by a facile hydrothermal treatment.The product obtained showed a good crystallization and regular shape.The compositions and morphologies of the samples were characterized by XRD,SEM,TEM and SEAD.The effects of experimental conditions such as temperature and mineralizer on the structure and morphology of the product were investigated in detail.Furthermore,possible formation mechanism was discussed.
