| 摘 要： | 生命是蛋白质存在的一种形势，法律意义上的生命仅指自然人，而不指其他生命形式，它始于出生，终于死亡，人类保护有生命的野生动物，但野生动物并不享有生命权，生命权的内容包括生命安全维护权和有限制的生命利益支配权，文章还通过生命权的法律保护，生命权与健康权，生命权与人格尊严，生命权与其他利益的关系来论述了生命权的价值定位问题。
