发生在心理咨询会谈中的重要事件，是促进咨询进程、实现咨询效果的重要途径。对重要事件的实证研究包括三部分：重要事件的分类、重要事件的发生过程和重要事件与其他变量的关系。重要事件包括任务和人际两大类，任务类包括觉察及导致觉察的一系列活动，问题澄清和领悟，对问题解决办法的探寻和最终的改变结果；人际类包括当事人与咨询师的合作关系，当事人与咨询师的个人化关系。对重要事件的研究内容还有待深化，研究理论有待构建。

Important events appearing in psychological counseling are a significant approach to facilitating the counseling process and achieving the effect. The empirical research of important events includes three parts： categorization of important events, process of important events, and relationship between important events and other variables. Important events can be divided into two types： task and interpersonal relation. The former refers to awareness and activities leading to awareness, clarification and comprehension of problems, solutions and results. Interpersonal relation means the cooperative and personal relationship between clients and counselors. It is concluded that the contents of important events need to be further studied and the theories for research are to be constructed.
