| 摘 要： | 阐述了将Web Services技术运用于无线CRM系统的方案、优势和存在的问题，认为Web Services是下一代Web的主流技术，将Web Services技术运用于无线CRM系统之中，能更好地实现CRM系统内部的集成以及CRM系统与ERP、SCM等系统的集成，更好地利用现有的服务资源，降低企业的投资成本。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the schemes,advantages and problems of web services application in wireless CRM,points out the web services is the mainstream technology for web in the future. Wireless CRM system based on web services can integrate every CRM module and CRM system with ERP system and SCM system much better than other technologies. It can make good use of the existing service resoures and reduce the cost of investment. |
