电站锅炉壁温安全监测系统研究

摘    要:借助于过程仿真和热力系统建模技术,建立了一套锅炉高温受热面金属壁温在线监测与寿命预测系统.该系统以一体化过程模型开发平台(IMMS)为基础,通过高温受热面热力计算模型、金属壁温计算模型和管道寿命计算模型,利用火电厂现有的DCS、SIS及MIS等信息系统采集的机组运行数据,在线计算受热面管壁温度和寿命.应用结果表明,该系统可有效减少受热面超温爆管次数,保证锅炉安全、经济运行.

Research on Tube Wall Temperature Monitoring Safety System

Abstract:This paper sets up a tube wall temperature online monitoring and life prediction system of high temperature heated surface of boiler by means of process simulation and modeling of the thermal system. With Integrated Modular Modeling Soft- ware (IMMS) as the foundation, the system online calculates temperature and the life of heated tube through three models: the high temperature heated surface thermodynamic calculation model, tube wall temperature calculation model and pipeline life calculation model, which uses existing DCS, SIS and MIS of power plant unit operation data from the information system. Ap- plication results show that the system can effectively reduce the number of tube fracture, guarantee the boiler working safe and economic
