溶胶-凝胶法制备Bi0.5(Na0.825K0.175)0.5TiO3粉体

摘    要:用溶胶-凝胶法制备了Bi0.5(Na0.825K0.175)0.5TiO5(简称BNKT17.5)的稳定溶胶,经退火处理得到了BNKT17.5无铅压电陶瓷粉体.研究了制备工艺条件对前驱体溶液和凝胶形成的影响并利用TG—DSC、X射线衍射(XRD),透射电镜(SEM)等技术研究了凝胶预烧温度、预烧晶体结构及晶形状况,结果表明乙酰丙酮与金属Ti离子的物质的量比[n(ACAC)/n(Ti^4+)]及pH值是影响前驱体溶液和凝胶形成的主要因素.600℃以上退火处理的粉体样品呈单一的钙钛矿结构,晶粒大小在100nm左右.

Abstract:The clear and transparent sols of Bi0.5(Na0.825K0.175)0.5TiO3(BNKT17.5) can be prepared by using sol-gel technology and the Bi0.5(Na0.825K0.175)0.5TiO3 fine powders were synthesized after the dry gels were calcined.The influence of initial pH value of sol,a mole ratio of tetrabutyl titanate and chelator of sols of the formation of sol-gel were investigated.The results show that both pH and the mole ratio of ACAC and the metal titanate cation content [n(ACAC)/n(Ti4+)] are the main factors to form the precurs...
