摘    要:本文报道了一组含热致性液晶聚芳酯(LCP)和聚酰胺(PA-66)共混物的基本性质。结果表明:共混挤出物的外皮层由 PA-66所形成,其厚度随 LCP 含量的增加而减薄;LCP 的含量对 PA-66的结晶结构有一定的影响;共混物的流变特性与纯 LCP 和 PA-66有显著的差异。在低剪切速率下,当 LCP 和 PA-66的配比为20/80时,其表观粘度呈现最低值。经扫描电镜(SEM)观察表明:共混物的两相形态与它们的组成配比有关;LCP 相的形态结构随着它含量的增加逐渐地由球状颗粒向棒状和纤维状转变。

Abstract:A series of polymer blends containing a thermotropic liquid crystalline copoly-ester (LCP) and polyamides (PA-66) has been studied.It was observed that a skinregion was formed by PA-66 and its thickness reduced as the content of LCP in-creased.The crystal structure of PA-66 was also affected by the content of LCP.Rheological properties of the blends were found to be quite different from that ofindividual components and show a minimum apparent viscosity at low shear ratesfor the 20 LCP/80 PA-66.The results of SEM demonstrated that blends two phasemorphology was found to be affected by their compositions.The LCP phasechanged gradually with increasing LCP content from ellipsoidal particles to rod-like and fibrillar structure.
