| 摘 要： | 建筑工程质量事故是困扰土木工程发展的一个突出问题。建筑工程质量事故发生的原因涉及到设计、施工、监理和业主等相关方面。砌体工程和混凝土工程质量事故的预防措施可以直接应用于指导工作实践,具有良好的可操作性。
