| 摘 要： | 面对大学生维权意识日益增强的现实，高校学生管理工作中忽视学生权利、甚至侵害学生合法权益等法律问题仍然较为突出。高校必须转变管理理念，以人为本，依法治校，建立尊重学生权益的学校管理制度，疏通学生权利主张渠道，保障学生合法权益的实现。

| Abstract: | In college student management, on one hand the school ignores or even violates students＇ legitimate rights and interests; on the other hand students＇ consciousness of rights safeguarding is strengthened gradually. Therefore, the university must change the idea of administration and manage the school in accordance with the law. Moreover school management system should be set up in order to ensure the realization of students＇ legitimate rights and interests. |
