| 摘 要： | 痛经是妇科常见疾病,西医治疗强调止痛、镇静,起效虽然快捷,但副作用大,疗效难以持久,而中医药根据其独特的理论体系,在辨证论治的基础上,运用中药、针灸等方法治疗痛经,止痛速度虽不及西医,但较西医治疗远期效果好,疗效可靠.本文简要介绍了当前中医药在痛经治疗上的研究进展,希望能够对临床工作起到一定启示.

| Abstract: | Primary dysmenorrhea is a common gynecologic problem. The western medicine are effective in improving or relieving symptoms of primary dysmenorrhea,but it is still not managed well with its side effects and unsustainable efficacy. According to the theoretic system of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） ,the treatment based on syndrome differentiation, acupuncture and Chinese herbs are safe and effective treatment for dysmenorrhea . The research achievement on this issue is introduced. |
