爆破吹扫法在核电机组中的应用

摘    要:在核电工程中,二回路系统蒸汽管道的清洁对电站安全运行起着至关重要的作用。近年来国内部分核电站利用爆破吹扫法对蒸汽管道进行吹扫,以去除蒸汽管道中的锈蚀、焊渣及其他异物,从而避免异物进入蒸汽发生器及汽轮机等重要设备,造成设备故障和事故。核电机组蒸汽发生器的安全运行是核安全的重要凭证,对设备清洁的要求比火电机组要求更高。现以福清核电1号机组为例,将主蒸汽及相关系统管道吹扫方法的良好实践总结出来,希望能够为其它电站提供一定的参考。

Abstract:In nuclear power engineering, the cleaning of steam pipeline in secondary circuit system plays a vital role in the safe operation of power plant. In recent years, some domestic nuclear power plants usethe burst-purging method for steam pipelines to remove the rusts, weld slag and foreign materials, so as to avoid them entering steam generator, steam turbine and other important equipments and causing equipment failures and accidents. The safe operation of steam generator in nuclear power units is an important certificate of nuclearsafety, and it has higher requirements on equipment cleaning than those in thermal power unit. Now it takes Unit 1 of Fuqing Nuclear Power Station as example and summarizes the good practices on pipeline burst--purging of main steam system and its relevant systems to provide a reference for other plants.
