摘    要:文章叙述用含有 Zn粒的磁场流化床 ,直接从电镀废液中回收铬和镍。通过实验确定理想的工艺条件 ,在此操作条件下 ,该床连续运行 2 h,铬和镍的回收率分别为 97.5%和 98.2 % ,纯度均在 97%以上。研究中还分析了影响回收效果的主要因素 ,为回收工业废液中的重金属离子提供了经济可行的方法。

Abstract:This paper introduces the working principle of magnetic field liquid bed containing zinc particles.The best technological conditions are determined through experiments to recover chromium and nickel directly from the electroplating spent solution. The research indicates that the reclamation of Cr and Ni are respectively 97.5% and 98.2% with the purity over 97% after the liquid bed runs 2 h.The present method provides an economical and practical way to recover heavy metal ions from chemical spent solutions.
