江西高校体育院系专选健美操教学现状调查与分析

通过对江西高校体育院系专选健美操教学现状的调查与分析,发现:各高校体育院系专选健美操开课率高,教师总体职称结构不合理,学历结构偏低,男女教师比例相差太大,专业与非专业毕业的教师比例不合理,健美操选用教材不统一,教学内容单一,授课时间、形式不同,教学设备不完善和教学条件的好坏制约着教学内容的安排与实施。

The Investigation and the Analysis about the Present Teaching Situation of Optional Major of Body-building Exercise in Physical Education Faculty of Jiangxi Colleges

Through the investigation and the analysis about the present teaching situation of optional major of body-building exercise in physical education faculty of Jiangxi colleges,we have discovered the following problems.Firstly,the rate of class setting for optional major of body-building exercise in physical education faculty in colleges is high.Secondly,the general condition of teachers' title is unsatisfying and their records of formal schooling are generally low.Thirdly,there is much proportion difference between male and female teachers,and specialized teachers is out of proportion to non-specialized teachers.Fourthly,the teaching material for the body-building exercise is not unified,and the teaching content is unitary.Fifthly,classes arranged and the teaching methods are all different in different colleges.Lastly,the teaching equipments are imperfect and the teaching conditions are not good.All these problems restrict the course content arrangement and implementation.
