| 摘 要： | 通过多年的实际训练和实地观察国内外优秀高栏运动员比赛、训练时的技术特点,并在查阅大量技术资料和对优秀高栏运动员的技术图片进行分析后,阐述了合理的跨栏步技术以及腿臂配合的过程、方位、时机极其力学结构,从而以有力的论据说明了现代高栏跨栏步的技术特点及重要性.

| Abstract: | Based on the training experience these years and observing technique of the excellent high hurdlers both home and abroadm the author of this paper consults a lot of technical material and also analyzes the pic- tures of the high hurdlers in the races. The paper has stated the reasonable technique, the process of coordi- nating movements of arms and legs,the position and direction,occasion and mechanical structural as well. The results reveals that high hudling step has its new characteristics of hurdling technique and importance. |
