35 GHz与94 GHz毫米波雷达目标特征比较

摘    要:针对毫米波雷达的典型频率35 GHz和94 GHz,对雷达目标的雷达散射截面及一维距离像特征进行研究。通过计算机辅助设计技术完成目标的几何外形建模及网格剖分,利用图形电磁算法完成目标电磁散射仿真计算,得到目标的雷达散射截面及一维距离像特征。通过仿真结果及暗室测量结果比较可得,94 GHz比35 GHz会反映出更多的雷达目标散射截面细节;在同样宽带的情况下,两者反映的雷达目标散射强点分布相近,但94 GHz的强点分布更明显。

Abstract:The study of radar target's signature at 35 GHz and 94 GHz of millimeter band is presented.With the target modeling,the target's electromagnetic scattering is computed by the graphical electromagnetic computing(GRECO) method.The comparison between the radar target's signature at 35 GHz and 94 GHz is made by the results of simulation and measuring in chamber.It shows that there are more details and evident scattering centers intarget's radar cross section at 94 GHz,though the range profiles have similar scattering centers with the same band.
