摘    要:本文选择了四种有机抑制剂A,B,C和YFA分别与Cu~(2 ),Zn~(2 )离子组成组合抑制剂,考查了它们对方铅矿、辉锑矿、黄铜矿和毒砂浮选行为的影响。结果表明,组合抑制剂对毒砂有独特抑剂效应,而对方铅矿、辉锑矿和黄铜矿略有不同程度的活化作用。在此基础上,选择了湖南省瑶岗仙钨矿精选工段含砷高达26%的硫化矿为对象,进行天然矿石的铜-砷分离试验,获得了极好的分离效果。

Abstract:Four organic reagents A,B,C,and YFA are combined with Cu~(2 ) and Zn~(2 ) ions respectively to form several combined depressants in this work.We have investigated the influence of the combined depressants on the flotation behaviors of arsenopyrite,galena,stibnite and chalcopyrite.The test results have shown that the combined depressants are distinctively effective to depress arsenopyrite and activate galena,stibnite and chalcopyrite to certain extent.Furthermore,Cu-As bulk concentrate with high content of 26% As from Yaoganxien Tungsten Mine(Hunan,China)has been performed successfully.
