固体热分解反应动力学的研究(Ⅰ)一水合草酸钾脱水过程的动力学

摘    要:本文用等温热重分析法和程序升温热重分析法研究了一水合草酸钾的脱水过程,提出了过程机理函数的三步判别法。实验测定和理论分析表明,一水合草酸钾的热脱水过程受A_3机理支配,即随机成核和晶核随后生长的过程,其活化能E=64.28kJ.mol~(-1),频率因子A=7.78×10~7min~(-1)。其动力学补偿效应为:logA=0.1598E-2.33。

Abstract:The dehydration of K_2C_2O_4·H_2O were studied by means of thermogravimetry both at constant tem-peratures and at linearly increasing temperatures.Tri-stage identification of a function depending on themechanism were suggested.Experimental and theory are shown,thermal dehydration of K_2C_2O_4-·H_2Ois regulated by an A_3 mechanism,i.e.the random nucleation and its subsequent growent mechanism.Theactivation energy E=64.28 KJ·mol~(-1),frequency factor A=7.78×10~7 min~(-1).
