摘    要:毛细泵吸环路是一种高效相变热传递装置。传统大型毛细泵吸环路(CPL)环路的研究与应用已相当成熟,但当尺寸缩小时会有许多新的问题产生。针对笔记本电脑中CPU在小空间内的发热量高的趋势,本文提出采用微型CPL取代传统热管,实现小空间内的高效传热,并进行了实验以及理论分析。

Abstract:CPL is a high efficiency device using the phase change of working fluid to transport heat from evaporator to condenser. Tradition large-size CPL have been applied and studied well, but many problems are brought by scale down the whole device to the miniature size (range from mm to cm). It is a direction that the CPU of notebook computers will produce high heat. By experimented and theory analyzed, this paper gets the miniature size CPL replaced tradition loop heat pipe. It might be used to do high thermal power transport in small space.
