胡子鲶的染色体组型研究

摘    要:本文报导对胡鲶科(Clariidae)中胡子鲶Clatias fuscus(Lacépède)的染色体组型进行的初步研究。实验结果表明:胡子鲶体细胞的染色体数目为2n=56,核型公式为18m+14sm+14st+10t,NF=88,总的来说m和sm组染色体较st和t组的染色体略为增多,因而基本臂数不高。在t_4染色体的短臂上具有一对明显而恒定的随体。

Abstract:Karyotypic analyses of the Clarias fuscus were studied using the chromosomes prepared from kidney cells after PHA injection in vivo by the air-drying technique. The material were collected from Shi Pai market, Guangzhou. The all specimen were deposited in Department of Biology, Jinan University. From the results obtained in this study C. fuscus have diploid chromosome number of 56 with NF=88. The Karyotype formula are 2n=18m+14sm+14st+10t. The chromosomes in the Karyotypes decrease slowly in size from the largest to the smallest. The sm_1 sm_2 sm_3 pair of the chromosomes in sm group is character-ized by having large submetacentric centromere chromosome. In addi-tion the st_1 st_5 st_6 pair in st group with a second constriction on each long arm. But t_4 pair in t group by having one always visible satellites on each short arm. On the basis of their karyotypic analyses, the problem concerning taxonomy and chromosome evolution in Clariidae have been briefly discussed.
