| 摘 要： | 目的：研究蓝布正的抗炎作用。方法：观察蓝布正对二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀及醋酸诱发小鼠血管通透性增高的抗炎效果。结果：蓝布正对二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀有明显抑制作用，用药组与空白对照组相比有显著性差异（P〈0．01），对醋酸所致小鼠血管通透性增高有抑制作用，用药组与空白对照组相比有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论：蓝布正有明显的抗炎作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study of the anti-inflammatory action of the Geum Japonicum Thumb. Methods: To observe the anti-inflamatory action of the Geum Japonicum Thumb on the rats' swelling ear caused by dimethybenzene and the increase of the permeability of the blood vessel caused by acetic acid. Results: The Geum Japonicum Thumb could obviously inhibit the ear swelling (P<0.01) and the permeability of the blood vessel with significant differences between the experiment group and the control group (P< 0.05). It could also markedly change blood flowing pancreatic barrier as afferent in hair with significant differences between the experiment group and the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The Geum Japonicum Thumb has significant anti-inflammatory action. |
