| Abstract: | It is very necessary and urgent to construct the digital information resources in the library under the network environment.This paper probes into the contradiction and interest balance between the copyright and the fair sue right in the course of library's digital construction, and puts forward some suggestions on protecting the harmonious development of library's digitalization in the same time of protecting the intellectual property right. |
