摘    要:通过力学性能测试、化学成分分析、金相检验、疏松级别检验以及表面质量分析对35CrMo钢棒料抗拉强度偏低的原因进行了分析。研究结果表明:热处理工艺不够合理、表面粗糙度差是造成抗拉强度偏低的主要原因,并据此提出了生产改良建议。

Abstract:The reason of low tensile strength of 35CrMo steel rod was analyzed by means of mechanical property testing, chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination, low magnification examination and surface quality analysis. The results show that improper heat treatment, rough surface are the main reasons to the low tensile strength of steel. Suggestions are put forward to improve the production on the base of the analysis.
