| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、问卷调查、实地访谈和数理统计等方法,对鄂西北土家集聚区健身项目的特色及发展现状进行调查与分析。结果表明:鄂西北土家集聚区健身项目种类繁多,形式多样,它们在动作、音乐、健身形式上都具有地方特色,在发展中也存在一些不足,并在综合考虑各种因素后提出了一系列发展对策。

| Abstract: | By literature,questionnaires,field interviews,mathematical statistics,etc.we have investigated and analyzed characteristics and present situation of Tujia body-building projects in Tujia people gathering area in northwest of Hubei.The results show that Tujia body-building projects are wide and colorful,and have many characteristics in movement,music,fitness and entertainment.However,there are many shortcomings in their developing course.In order to develop Tujia body-building projects fully,we have put forward a series of developing measures based on the various factors. |
